30 Day Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
Free Return Shipping
All approved returns include free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label once your return request is approved.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items may be non returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If so, we will note that on the product page.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you want an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange that as long as the replacement item is available.
